La variabilit\u00e9 de la vo\u00fbte en fonction de la hauteur et de l&rsquo;angulation des coupes n&rsquo;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e, alors qu&rsquo;elle est cruciale pour le positionnement correct des implants chirurgicaux. L&rsquo;objectif de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait d&rsquo;analyser la variation de la vo\u00fbte gl\u00e9no\u00efdienne par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;angle de Friedman en fonction de diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs et angulations de coupes tomodensitom\u00e9triques. L&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se \u00e9tait que l&rsquo;angle de Friedman pr\u00e9senterait moins de variabilit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riels et m\u00e9thodes : <\/strong>Soixante tomodensitogrammes de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule ont \u00e9t\u00e9 extraits d&rsquo;une base de donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;imagerie hospitali\u00e8re et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstruits dans le plan de l&rsquo;omoplate. Sept coupes axiales de diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs et angulations coronales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es et les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es par 3 observateurs. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9sultats : <\/strong>La version moyenne de la gl\u00e9no\u00efde moyenne \u00e9tait de -8,0\u00b0 (\u00b14,9\u00b0 ; intervalle, -19,6\u00b0 \u00e0 +7,0\u00b0) et de -2,1\u00b0 (\u00b14,7\u00b0 ; intervalle, -13,0\u00b0 \u00e0 +10,3\u00b0) en utilisant la m\u00e9thode de la vo\u00fbte et l&rsquo;angle de Friedman, respectivement. Pour les deux m\u00e9thodes, la diminution de la hauteur de coupe ou de l&rsquo;angulation n&rsquo;a pas modifi\u00e9 la version de mani\u00e8re significative. L&rsquo;augmentation de la hauteur de coupe ou de l&rsquo;angulation a significativement augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;ant\u00e9version pour la m\u00e9thode de la vo\u00fbte (P &lt;.001). La fiabilit\u00e9 inter-observateur et la fiabilit\u00e9 intra-observateur \u00e9taient significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec l&rsquo;angle de Friedman.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion : <\/strong>La version au niveau de la gl\u00e8ne moyenne et inf\u00e9rieure est similaire avec l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre m\u00e9thode. La m\u00e9thode de la vo\u00fbte montre moins de fiabilit\u00e9 et plus de variabilit\u00e9 en fonction de la hauteur de la tranche ou de l&rsquo;angulation. Cependant, comme elle diff\u00e8re significativement de l&rsquo;angle de Friedman, elle devrait toujours \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans les situations o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on recherche un achat osseux maximal avec des implants gl\u00e9no\u00efdiens.
