management of bone loss in glenohumeral instability: from diagnosis to future perspectives&#8221;, chaired by Abdulilah Hachem (Spain).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"527\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Dr. <strong>Gregory Cunningham<\/strong> will present a session entitled &#8220;Preoperative assessment and quantification of glenoid bone loss&#8221;. <\/span>This session will cover the key principles of decision making, in particular the distinction between critical and sub-critical bone loss, as well as the choice of the most appropriate technique based on each patient&#8217;s individual characteristics.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"1118\">Congress participants will discover how to:<br>&#8211; accurately assess bone loss using modern 3D imaging and quantitative tools<br data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"672\">&#8211; differentiate between critical and subcritical defects<br data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"729\">&#8211; select the optimal surgical strategy according to defect size and patient profile<br data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"831\">&#8211; understand the essential technical steps involved in arthroscopic bone graft reconstruction<br data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"936\">&#8211; master the indications and variants of the Latarjet procedure<br data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1011\">&#8211; manage stabilization failures using evidence-based revision strategies<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1258\">This session is aimed at surgeons wishing to deepen their understanding of complex cases of instability associated
